CVP of Design in Geneva

Overview As Sonar’s Chief Design Visionary, you will set and scale the end-to-end design direction across a suite of developer-focused products. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to translate customer needs into cohesive design decisions that drive business impact. This is a global, hands-on leadership role with a focus on design systems, UX excellence, and AI-enabled features. You’ll shape the experience for developers and enterprise customers while building a high-performing, inclusive design organization. Verantwortungsbereiche Define and own the end-to-end design vision across Sonar’s product line (visual, interaction, workflows, platform evolution) Develop a design strategy aligned to measurable business outcomes with leadership input from Product and Engineering Build, scale, and mentor a global design organization fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture Evolve design systems and UX best practices to ensure consistency across a technical, developer-facing suite Guide design approaches for agentic and AI-driven features, identifying patterns and best practices Engage with customers, users, and industry leaders to translate insights into actionable design solutions Represent design at the executive level, communicating strategy and progress to leadership and stakeholders Embed design early in product development in collaboration with Product Management and Engineering Zentrale Anforderungen 7+ years of management experience in product design or UX with global team leadership Proven end-to-end design leadership across visual design, interaction design, workflows, and platform evolution Deep expertise in design systems and UX best practices for developer tools or technical products Strong understanding of the agentic domain and its impact on product decisions Experience defining design strategy that drives measurable business outcomes Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with executive and cross-functional teams Proven ability to mentor and develop design talent in a global context Deep understanding of customer needs and market trends with stakeholder engagement collaboration communication leadership design systems visual design interaction design
