Overview As Identity Product Manager, you will drive authentication, authorization, and access management for Sonar’s storefront platform, enabling secure access for individuals and enterprises. You will collaborate with the Identity squad and engineering teams to design scalable, secure identity solutions. You’ll prioritize enterprise-grade features like SSO, IdP integrations, and fine-grained permissions to support millions of developers and thousands of admins. This role sits at the crossroads of product, security, and customer impact, offering a visible and strategic contribution to Sonar’s mission. Verantwortungsbereiche Contribute to the Identity vision and communicate it internally and externally Research and prioritize opportunities for an enterprise-grade authentication, authorization, and access management roadmap Interact with users and customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities Develop deep understanding of enterprise identity needs (SSO/SAML/OIDC, IdP integrations like Okta and Entra ID, SCIM provisioning, fine-grained permissions) and enable scalable onboarding and administration Drive modernization of enterprise identity and access management, expanding IdP support and tightening permissions/roles for large orgs Collaborate with other product managers to design cross-product features Align with engineering and UX teams on problem definitions and end-to-end delivery Coordinate with engineering to balance innovation, consolidation, and stability Support the Product Management team’s growth in tools and processes Attend conferences and share insights when appropriate Zentrale Anforderungen Passion for identity and access management and secure authentication practices Deep knowledge of identity protocols and patterns (SAML, OIDC/OAuth2, SSO, SCIM provisioning, JWT) and IdPs (Okta, Entra ID/Azure AD) Understanding of RBAC/ABAC and multi-tenant SaaS access control Familiarity with enterprise compliance expectations (e.g., SOC 2) as they relate to identity Experience with AI-assisted coding development Product management experience in software, preferably identity in an Agile context Autonomous, pragmatic, customer-focused with adaptability to change Leadership and ability to drive a topic from start to finish Customer-centric Autonomous Open-minded SSO/SAML/OIDC IdP integrations (Okta, Entra ID/Azure AD) SCIM/user provisioning
