- Creating and optimizing workflows, automation, and governance controls (e. g., version control, budget lock capabilities, multi‑level approvals) within Pigment to facilitate collaborative planning.
- Building high‑impact, self‑service dashboards and management reports within Pigment to enable real‑time variance analysis (Actuals vs. Forecast/Budget) for business leaders.
- Architecting and implementing robust, automated data feeds to ensure the timely and accurate synchronization of GL Actuals, Chart of Accounts, and FX Rates from Net Suite to Pigment using Suite Script, RESTlet, and/or native API connectors.
- Developing, implementing, and troubleshooting technical API integrations between Pigment and other critical source systems, including Bamboo HR (HRIS) and Lever (ATS), to power integrated workforce planning.
- Designing, building, and maintaining custom Net Suite solutions and automations using Suite Script (1.0 & 2.
X), Java Script, Suite Flow, and Suite Talk to support integration requirements, data quality, and compliance mandates.
- Leading and executing data migrations, transformations, and data quality assurance tasks across the entire integrated ecosystem.
- Collaborating with Security, Compliance and Finance teams to ensure data integrity, access control, and adherence to internal audit standards across all integrations.
- Supporting the day‑to‑day administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Net Suite instance, ensuring stability, security, and scalability as the system of record for financial actuals.
- Supporting and maintaining core Net Suite functionality, demonstrating strong knowledge of modules such as ARM, FAM, EBP, Multi‑book, Intercompany, and P2P workflows.
- Leading and documenting change management processes for both Net Suite and Pigment, including implementation and impact assessments.
