We\’re building one of Europe’s most scalable HealthTech GTM engines – and now we\’re looking for a RevOps Lead to take full ownership of our systems, data, and processes.
This position can be either hybrid in Berlin, Hamburg, or Luxembourg, or fully remote within Germany.
Full-time or part-time (min. 60%) possible
Tasks
As RevOps Lead, you’ll own the architecture and continuous evolution of our Go-To-Market infrastructure. Your goal: to ensure our sales, marketing, and customer teams operate with full clarity, automation, and scale.
- Own the entire GTM systems stack – HubSpot, Stripe, Demodesk, Zapier – and ensure they work together as a seamless growth engine
- Build and maintain self-serve dashboards for funnel metrics, conversion rates, ARR, and expansion performance
- Define and automate lifecycle transitions (Demo → Trial → Activation → Upsell), with clearly structured CRM data
- Reduce manual work across teams by implementing smart automations and alerts (via Zapier, HubSpot workflows)
- Drive onboarding and continuous training for the sales team, ensuring process consistency and ongoing performance improvement
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive GTM excellence
Requirements
- 3–5+ years experience in RevOps / SalesOps – ideally in a fast-scaling B2B SaaS or AI startup, with strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Deep knowledge of HubSpot (including most recent features and updates)
- Hands-on experience with Zapier, Stripe, and preferably Demodesk
- Familiarity with SaaS GTM models and revenue frameworks (e.g., Bowtie, PLG) is a big plus
- A systems mindset: you build for scalability, consistency, and clarity
- You’re proactive, process-driven, self-managed, and thrive in high-impact environments
- Native-level fluency in German or English, and C1-level proficiency in the other
