Business Monitor and ensure data quality in the CRM in accordance with the defined quality plan ; Collaborate closely with CRM, Marketing, , and other cross-functional teams ; Prepare customer data for customer communications and marketing campaigns ; Support the planning and execution of marketing activities ; Contribute to the continuous improvement of data-driven processes and workflows ; Assist in the coordination of cross-functional initiatives involving customer and contract data. Your Background Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik) ; Strong hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems ; Experience in data preparation, data quality management, and KPI definition ; Solid understanding of sales and marketing processes ; Strong analytical thinking skills and a high affinity for working with data and numbers ; Structured and detail-oriented work approach with a strong commitment to quality ; Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain data and insights in a clear and understandable way ; Team-oriented mindset with a passion for collaborating closely across different functions and departments ; Service-oriented attitude, acting as the first point of contact for data-related questions and support ; Eagerness to learn and a strong interest in emerging data, analytics, and reporting technologies.
