Digital Requirement Engineer (f/m/d)

Stellen-ID: 4872 ## What you will do to drive the energy transition – Collaborate with a team of Product Owners, Software Engineers, and Product Designers to digitalize the energy industry. Our teams are distributed across multiple locations. – Build and maintain digital touchpoints for our partners and customers, ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout the user journey, facilitating the transition to self-produced, clean, and connected energy supply. – Coordinate and develop architecture across team boundaries to identify the most valuable increments. You will gain a deep understanding of our integrated business processes and products. – Share concepts and knowledge during backlog refinements, sprint reviews, and code reviews, while being open to suggestions for improvement. – Ideally, have experience with CRM and ERP systems (especially Salesforce and SAP) and working with APIs. – Continuously improve your knowledge of agile product development and methodologies. – Stay current with training courses, workshops, and user groups ## What you will need on that journey – Experience as a requirements engineer, software engineer, or business analyst in an agile software development environment. – Knowledge of the energy industry and its processes is a plus. – Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, (business) engineering, energy management, or a comparable field. – Strong communication skills, along with conceptual, analytical, and organizational abilities. – Hands-on mentality with the ability to work in a team, and a goal- and solution-oriented approach. – Experience working with cross-functional, self-organized, agile teams. – Ability to comfortably express your ideas and arguments in good spoken and written English.
