You will work close to the hardware, navigate complex, state-of-the-art development and test environments, and solve challenging problems across the boundaries of software, tooling and hardware. /p pbMore about the role /b /p ul liDevelop object-oriented embedded software in modern C++ for resource-constrained wireless hearing devices. /li liContribute to the design and architecture of new functionality, working closely with software architects and interdisciplinary platform teams. /li liDevelop, document, test, integrate and maintain software throughout the development lifecycle, while ensuring appropriate test coverage and reliable system behavior. /li liDebug complex issues directly on target hardware and in simulators. /li liWork within state-of-the-art development, build and test environments and contribute to their continuous improvement. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams across mobile and desktop software, firmware, verification and requirements engineering to bring new hearing solutions from concept to product. /li /ul pbMore about you /b /p ul liYou have excellent embedded software C++ development know-how, including operating systems, concurrency, communication, distributed systems, and object-oriented design, combined with 5+ years of professional experience. /li liYou have developed software for highly resource-constrained systems, with limited memory and battery power. /li liYou are skilled in debugging and comfortable investigating complex issues on actual hardware, including situations where the root cause may lie in software, hardware or the development environment. /li liYou are familiar with modern embedded software engineering practices and development environments and continuous integration.
