The role manages the product workstream across the full lifecycle, contributes to the product launches within the responsible category, and ensures strong cross-functional execution from concept to post-launch optimization. /p h3Tasks Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop the 4Ps for assigned products across concepts, launch preparation, in-market management, and lifecycle support. /li liLead product definition, product vision, use-case refinement, and value proposition development in partnership with RD, UX, and category leadership. /li liContribute within launches and ensure timely delivery of successful value propositions across multiple product domains, accessories, and supporting deliverables. /li liTranslate customer needs, unmet needs, technical trends, benchmarks, and competitor insights into product requirements and product improvements. /li liTrigger or support feasibility studies, market trials, field tests, and technology projects to improve product-market fit and launch quality. /li liEnsure regulatory and launch-readiness compliance of products, packaging, documentation, and other required deliverables. /li liSteer product KPIs including adoption, quality, market feedback, margin implications, and product performance, and recommend corrective actions. /li liSupport lifecycle activities such as engineering changes, complexity reduction, phase-in and phase-out planning, and post-launch improvement initiatives. /li liWork closely with Audiological and Clinical Excellence team to deliver meaning clinical evidence /li /ul h3Key accountabilities /h3 ul liCommercial and customer success of assigned products. /li liQuality of product definition, proposition, launch readiness, and post-launch improvement actions. /li liCross-functional execution across RD, regulatory, quality, operations, MarCom, and regional teams. /li liLifecycle performance, including product quality, change control support, and phase-in or phase-out execution. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liUniversity degree in audiology, engineering, business, or a related discipline. /li liStrong experience in product management, launch management, or lifecycle management in medical, healthcare, or technical products. /li liProven ability to lead cross-functional work, solve ambiguous problems, and deliver in a matrix organization. /li li4 - 6 years’ experience in global Product Management with focus on product development /li liExperience in healthcare or medical industry is an asset /li liRunning complex projects on global scale /li liFocusing on customer experience to define valuable hardware and accessories /li liCombination of strong technical background and business acumen /li liAble to manage different stakeholder expectations /li liVisionary /li liStrong cross-functional leadership and management skills /li liHighly self-motivated and disciplined /li liCreative and imaginative, able to think outside the box /li /ul h3Sonova is an equal opportunity employer /h3 pWe team up.
