To learn more about our products, visit: Website are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs team in Murten. You will play a key role in ensuring that our non-medical products meet the highest quality standards throughout their lifecycle.Your responsibilitiesOwn and continuously improve key quality processes, particularly risk management and CAPAAct as Design Quality Assurance partner for R&D product development projectsReview and approve design and project documentation, ensuring compliance with internal processes, SOPs, and quality requirementsEnsure that verification and validation activities meet applicable quality requirementsReview and approve proposed changes to products already on the marketSupport internal and external audits and contribute to maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485Promote a quality mindset through training, clear processes, KPIs, and continuous improvement activitiesYour profileEngineering or scientific background, for example in electronics, mechanics, physics, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in Design Quality Assurance and risk managementStrong practical knowledge of ISO 9001 (experience with ISO 13485 is an advantage)Background in consumer electronics, automotive, aerospace, or a comparable product-driven industryGood understanding of CAPA, product development, verification, and validation processesConfident communication skills in English; German and/or French would be an advantageExperience with electronic document or quality management systems is beneficialAs one of the world’s leading hearing care providers headquartered in Switzerland, we’re committed to building an inclusive culture.
