Interaction Designer
Purpose of the Job
As a Senior Interaction Designer, you will shape the user experience across our ecosystem by acting as the vital bridge between Industrial and Digital Experience Design. Your primary mission is to craft outstanding, state-of-the-art interaction design solutions that deliver a seamless, enjoyable, and accessible user experience across all touchpoints of the hearing care journey—from hearing instruments (HIs) and chargers to mobile apps and software platforms. By harmonizing hardware touchpoints with digital platforms, you will drive ecosystem alignment and ensure consistent, holistic user experience. You will collaborate closely with the Digital Experience and Industrial Design teams, Product Managers, Strategic Marketing, and R&D to design solutions that are simple, intuitive, and meaningful.

Utilize these tools to map out customer journeys that simulate the physical-to-digital bridge and align seamlessly with the broader experience design strategy.
- Engage in ongoing user research and design validation to ensure a data-informed, hypothesis-driven approach.
- Actively contributes to design guidelines, metrics, and success criteria at the group level.
