Your Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve key quality processes, particularly risk management and CAPA
- Act as Design Quality Assurance partner for R&D product development projects
- Review and approve design and project documentation, ensuring compliance with internal processes, SOPs, and quality requirements
- Ensure that verification and validation activities meet applicable quality requirements
- Review and approve proposed changes to products already on the market
- Support internal and external audits and contribute to maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
- Promote a quality mindset through training, clear processes, KPIs, and continuous improvement activities
Your profile
- Engineering or scientific background, for example in electronics, mechanics, physics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Design Quality Assurance and risk management
- Strong practical knowledge of ISO 9001 (experience with ISO 13485 is an advantage)
- Background in consumer electronics, automotive, aerospace, or a comparable product-driven industry
- Good understanding of CAPA, product development, verification, and validation processes
- Confident communication skills in English; German and/or French would be an advantage
- Experience with electronic document or quality management systems is beneficial
