Senior Manager Signal Processing - RIC and BTE (m/f/d)

Sonova is seeking a Senior Manager, RIC and BTE Solutions to lead the development and delivery of signal processing solutions across RIC and BTE hearing products. This role provides technical, functional, and people leadership to ensure scalable, high-quality, and product-ready software solutions that support Sonova’s global hearing system platforms.More About The RoleLead and own the development, design and integration of signal processing features for Sonova hearing systemsProvide technical leadership and decision-making authority for signal processing realizationDrive reuse, scalability, and product readiness across platforms, products, and Sonova brandsEstablish clear cross domain alignment and decision making across departments and areasCollaborate closely with Product Management and Project Leaders to ensure customer focus and success in the marketLead, develop, and manage a team of software professionals while supporting talent development and succession planningMore About YouBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical disciplineProven leadership experience in software development and in people leadership within complex R&D environmentsExtensive experience shaping and delivering software features across multiple platforms, product generations, and releasesStrong understanding of Digital Signal Processing (DSP), system integration, fitting software systems, and regulated product developmentAbility to lead through ambiguity while balancing innovation, scalability, quality, and long-term platform valueStrong, confident communicator with demonstrated soft skills applied to leadership and collaboration across technical, audiological, and business stakeholdersExperience working in international, multi-site, and cross-functional environmentsCurious about emerging technologies, particularly AI, with a forward-looking mindset and passion for innovationFluent in English; German is a plusMore about what we offer:As one of the world’s leading hearing care providers headquartered in Switzerland, we’re committed to building an inclusive culture.
