Overview
In this role you lead global financial compliance for Sonova's Consumer Hearing Business, driving the internal control framework and coordinating audits. You partner with finance leadership, internal audit, and business units to strengthen risk management and improve financial processes. You will shape the compliance maturity and ensure accurate reporting across CHB entities. This position offers the chance to influence ERP control design, consolidation of entities, and cross-functional process optimization in a fast-paced, international environment. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead the global Internal Control System (ICS) implementation, enhancement, and monitoring for the Consumer Hearing Business
- Ensure compliance with group policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with Internal Audit to coordinate reviews and remediate findings timely
- Partner with FP&A and Controlling to align internal controls with planning, analysis, and reporting
- Drive finance projects to ensure progress and accountability
- Drive continuous improvement, standardization of financial processes, and control automation
- Support global compliance projects, ERP control design, and consolidation of legal entities
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in Financial Compliance, Internal Controls (ICS), Audit, or FP&A
- Knowledge of financial reporting standards, risk management, and process optimization
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP authorization concepts, Cognos, or JD Edwards is an advantage
