Overview
In this role, you own end-to-end logistics across EMEA, driving efficiency, cost optimization, and network design for Sennheiser Consumer Hearing. You will lead 3PL relationships, warehousing, and transportation while partnering with cross-functional teams to enable growth. You’ll shape the regional logistics strategy, oversee performance via KPIs, and drive transformation initiatives. This position offers a clear path toward broader global responsibility in a hybrid setup.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own 3PL and warehousing partnerships, ensuring SLA performance and continuous improvement
- Oversee warehousing, transportation, inventory, and fulfillment across EMEA, supporting Ireland manufacturing
- Develop freight and distribution strategies across air, sea, road, rail and parcel networks
- Lead carrier negotiations, tenders, and logistics cost optimization
- Improve inventory accuracy and logistics performance through data-driven KPIs and governance
- Act as regional escalation point for logistics, weathering issues in transportation, inventory, and customer service
- Collaborate with Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Finance, and IT to enable end-to-end operations and growth
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 7+ years in logistics, distribution, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain operations
- Experience leading warehouse operations and teams across multiple countries/locations (direct and outsourced)
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with budget management, invoice validation, and cost-to-serve assessment
- Ability to establish operational KPIs and translate data into prioritized actions and improvement plans
