You will analyze, structure and interpret complex datasets with focus on usage analytics to generate insights and contribute to innovative functionalities. /p pYou will be part of an interdisciplinary RD environment, working closely with engineers, researchers and product teams in an agile setup, with the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge solutions in a highly innovative MedTech environment. /p h3More about the role /h3 ul liDevelop and improve data-driven models based on large datasets /li liAnalyze and evaluate real-world evidence data to generate insights /li liApply machine learning and statistical methods to health-related data /li liContribute to data creation, validation and feature engineeringbr/Support the development and maintenance of data catalogues /li liCollaborate in interdisciplinary agile RD teams /li liStay up to date with latest research, tools and methodologies /li /ul h3More about you /h3 ul li4-5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role /li liDegree in a quantitative discipline such as data science, computer science, statistics, engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred /li liStrong programming skills in Python /li liSolid background in machine learning, statistics and data analysis /li liExperience working with large datasets and data pipelines /li liStructured, analytical and solution-oriented mindset /li liAbility to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences. /li liStrong communication skills and team orientation /li liKnowledge in audiology or health sciences is a plus /li /ul h3More about what we offer /h3 pAs one of the world's leading hearing care providers headquartered in Switzerland, we're committed to building an inclusive culture.
