Verantwortungsbereiche
- Translate business needs into data-driven analytics and digital solutions
- Develop machine learning models and advanced analytics on large-scale real-world product data
- Apply statistical methods and AI techniques to health datasets to generate actionable insights
- Analyze user behavior and product usage to understand customer needs and patient journeys
- Support development, governance, and maintenance of data catalogues and data assets
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in an agile environment
- Stay up to date with data science, ML, and AI to translate innovations into product features and value
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 4+ years of industry experience as a Data Scientist or similar analytical role
- Strong expertise in machine learning, statistics, predictive modelling, and data analysis
- Hands-on experience with Python, Databricks, Azure, or comparable cloud-based analytics platforms
- Experience with large-scale datasets, data pipelines, and modern data architectures
- Experience in MedTech, healthcare, pharma, or health sciences is highly desirable
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills to translate analyses for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
