As Product Cybersecurity Manager, you shape security-in-design for Sonova’s connected hearing solutions—from devices to cloud services. You partner with cross-functional teams to embed cybersecurity across the product lifecycle, balancing innovation, usability, and compliance. You enable engineering teams to build secure products by design and drive risk-based decisions in a medical-device context. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead threat modeling and cybersecurity risk assessments with global R&D teams
- Integrate security into development workflows, DevSecOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines
- Coordinate vulnerability management, remediation tracking, and post-market monitoring
- Prepare cybersecurity documentation for regulatory submissions and quality processes
- Advise cross-functional teams on practical, risk-based cybersecurity decisions
- Coach teams on security best practices and drive continuous improvement in R&D
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5+ years in software engineering, software architecture, product development, Secure SDLC, or similar environment
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in product cybersecurity or application security
- Strong understanding of Secure SDLC and integration of cybersecurity in modern software development
- Experience collaborating with software development teams throughout product lifecycle
- Excellent communication skills and professional working proficiency in English
- Effective communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders
