Role overview
A senior role within a game development studio operations organization, focused on improving how production functions across a portfolio of development studios. The position partners with development teams and cross-functional leaders to drive alignment, scale best practices, and translate strategy into execution across a wide spectrum of game development environments.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with development teams to surface production challenges, risks, and high-priority needs
- Establish consistent reporting frameworks that give leadership accurate and actionable visibility into projects
- Support key operating rhythms, including studio reviews and executive forums
- Translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans and ensure alignment across production, product, finance, and partner teams
- Document and standardize effective production processes, tools, and workflows, and reduce operational friction across the portfolio
- Provide advisory support and develop frameworks that help teams navigate ambiguity and complex production challenges
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in game development or game publishing
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
- Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative environments
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity and drive progress in evolving situations
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities with a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable influencing without direct authority and driving change through relationships
Nice to have
- Background spanning production, product, program management, or operations
- Experience supporting executive decision-making or executive operating rhythms
- Familiarity with scaling processes and best practices across multiple teams

- Estimated base pay range of $160,700 to $241,100 USD, with potential eligibility for a bonus package
