Job Description

• Analyze existing business processes in the Services perimeter to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for digital optimization.
• Map current processes and design future‑state workflows to align with digitalisation goals.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable design features.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses to support the adoption of digital solutions.
• Collaborate with departments of Digital and Data Readiness Center to ensure smooth implementation of new technologies.

Location & Requirements

This position is based in Manching, Germany.

Candidates must be eligible to obtain a German Ü2 security clearance.
