You are the first point of contact for our customers. Your main mission is to support our internal service and logistics team by ensuring professional order processing. This includes all administrative tasks related to orders, from preparing quotes to invoicing, as well as providing telephone assistance to our clients.
You also handle technical and commercial exchanges in support of our sales team.
Thanks to your committed personality and sense of responsibility, you actively contribute to the team’s success. After internal training on the processes and technical aspects of our products and services, you will have all the skills necessary to perform this role professionally and autonomously.
Your Profile:
- Completed commercial training - Fluent in French and German - Good IT skills (MS Office) - Knowledge of the construction sector or technical field desirable - Strong commitment, autonomous action, customer-oriented and network thinking - Communicative and open personality who enjoys contact with clients
