Senior Project Manager

The SOSi team is growing in Europe and we are looking for a talented and dedicated Project Manager to support a program based in Wiesbaden, Germany. SOSi is a family-owned government contractor with a long history of providing technical solutions to customers performing challenging missions.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects.
2. Takes projects from original concept through final implementation. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services.
3. Defines project scope and objectives.
4. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
5. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
6. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
7. Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
8. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.
9. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.

Qualifications

1. Must have 10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years of Project Management experience.
2. Education: Master\’s degree with 10 years experience or a Bachelor\’s degree with 12 years experience.
3. ITIL v4 certification or higher.
4. Must be approved by the USG and qualify as a Technical Expert under the U.S. SOFA in Germany.
5. Must have a current PMP certification.
6. In scope DOD Secret clearance is required.
7. DoD 8570 IAT level I compliant.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Must have a valid US passport.
2. Ability to travel to customer sites.
3. Fluency in a foreign language desired but not required.
