Overview
HR Business Partner role supporting managers across strategic and operational HR matters, with a focus on talent development, employee relations, recruitment, performance management and organisational change.
Responsibilities
- Advise and support managers on strategic and operational HR matters
- Develop talent management, succession and employee development initiatives
- Identify skills development needs and support career development plans
- Support recruitment, onboarding and employee retention processes
- Manage employee relations and complex HR situations
- Ensure compliance with Swiss employment law and internal HR policies
- Support organisational transformation and change management initiatives
- Coordinate annual HR processes including performance reviews, development discussions and talent reviews
Requirements
- Higher education or professional qualification in Human Resources, such as a Swiss HR Specialist Federal Diploma
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role
- Strong experience advising managers and managing employee relations
- Excellent knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR practices
- Fluent French and English; German is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional, discreet and pragmatic approach to complex situations
- Autonomous, organised and commercially aware
