We are seeking an experienced
HR Generalist
to join a well-established organisation in the
Mendrisiotto
region of
Ticino, Switzerland . This opportunity is ideal for an HR professional with previous experience in a Swiss organisation, a solid understanding of Swiss labour law, and strong
English
and/or
German
language skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and contract administration.
Prepare employment contracts, employment certificates, and other HR documentation.
Oversee personnel administration, including leave management and ensuring compliance with Swiss employment legislation.
Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees on a range of people-related matters, including employee development and conflict resolution.
Support organisational development initiatives and HR-related projects.
Contribute to change management and digital transformation initiatives.
Coordinate employee training activities and assist with continuous process improvement.
Requirements
Swiss HR qualification (Federal HR Certificate or equivalent).
Previous HR Generalist experience within a Swiss organisation.
Strong knowledge of Swiss labour law.
Experience supporting organisational change initiatives.
Good command of
German
and
English
(additional languages are advantageous).
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Professional, reliable, flexible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across the business.
A collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
