An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Sales Consultant / Recruitment Consultant to manage the full 360° recruitment cycle. This role combines business development, client relationship management, and candidate recruitment, offering the opportunity to build lasting partnerships while delivering high-quality hiring solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and manage relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and shortlisting.
- Match and place candidates into temporary and permanent positions.
- Support and maintain relationships with candidates throughout their assignments and employment.
- Utilize digital recruitment tools, CRM systems, social media, and professional networks to source clients and candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent and business opportunities.
Requirements
- Completed tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience, ideally in business or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or a similar client‑facing role.
- Strong communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
- Commercial mindset with a passion for sales and delivering excellent customer service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and social media recruitment tools.
- Fluent German language skills; English is advantageous.
- Valid Category B driver's licence.
