Senior Strategic Key Account Manager – Global Core Brands (m/f/d)

In this role, you will take responsibility for Lieferando’s most important strategic partnerships. These top-tier QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) partnerships represent the largest share of GMV within Strategic Accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Primary point of contact for large QSR brands at C-level and senior management level
- Development, execution, and management of Joint Business Plans with multi-year growth strategies
- Responsibility for contractual GMV targets, marketing investments, and operational SLAs
- Independent planning, preparation, execution, and follow-up of annual business reviews, negotiations, and pricing discussions
- Coordination of complex projects across multiple internal teams (Logistics, Marketing, Product & Tech, Customer Service)
- Conducting weekly and monthly business reviews with partners
- Escalation management and rapid resolution of operational or technical issues
- Identification of new business opportunities within existing partnerships
- Close collaboration with your team lead and global teams to achieve optimal results
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Commercial training, or equivalent qualification
- Extensive experience managing key accounts and strategic partnerships, ideally in fast-moving FMCG environments
- Proven success in driving strategic partnerships and achieving ambitious GMV/revenue targets
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Strong negotiation skills and professional experience in C-level stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and sales abilities
- Structured, independent, and results-driven working style
- Entrepreneurial mindset and solution-oriented approach
- High willingness to travel to clients (company car provided)
- Confident use of Salesforce, MS Office, Google Drive, and Slack
