Technical Project Manager / Business Manager to lead customer relationships, oversee technical projects, and drive commercial growth.
This role combines business development, project management, financial oversight, and team leadership, offering full ownership of projects from initial client engagement through to successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Client Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate new customer leads.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on customer requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and manage commercial agreements.
- Project Management
- Lead technical projects from planning through execution and completion.
- Assess project feasibility, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate field teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Monitor project performance, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare project cost estimates and manage budgets.
- Oversee purchasing activities and supplier relationships.
- Monitor profitability, financial performance, invoicing, and project reporting.
- Ensure commercial objectives are achieved while maintaining high service standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop technical teams.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and performance support throughout project delivery.
- Required Qualifications
- Technical qualification in

- Minimum
5 years' experience managing technical projects or commercial contracts.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Experience managing project budgets, financial performance, and commercial negotiations.

- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with project management and business software.
- Fluent French, both written and spoken.
- German, English, or Italian language skills would be advantageous.
