Information Management Specialist
Location: Basel

Duration: 12 months+
We're looking for an Information Management Specialist with experience in information governance, document management, records management, and business analysis.
Key responsibilities:
- Support information lifecycle management (creation, storage, retention, archiving, disposal)
- Manage document repositories, metadata, taxonomy, and information architecture
- Gather and document business requirements
- Support content migration, repository restructuring, testing, and UAT activities
- Drive user adoption, training, and change management initiatives
- Work with M365/SharePoint-based collaboration environments
- Contribute to information quality, compliance, and governance efforts
Requirements:
- 2-5 years' experience in Information Management, Records Management, Document Management, Knowledge Management, or Business Analysis
- Experience with SharePoint/M365 and document repositories
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with information architecture, metadata, migrations, and content governance
- Exposure to AI-enabled information management solutions is a plus
