What you\’ll do:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of data science solutions, including machine learning models, predictive analytics, and data visualizations.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis, identify trends and patterns, and generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into data science problems.
• Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of learning and innovation within the team.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.
• Contribute to the development of new methodologies and best practices within the data science team.

What you\’ll bring:

• 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a strong focus on machine learning.
• Expertise in Python, SQL, and common data science libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-based data services.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, deep learning), and data mining techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Fluency in German and English.
