pbContract: /b 12 Months /p pbLocation: /b Visp, Switzerland (100% Onsite) /p h3About the Role /h3 pWe are seeking an experienced bPMO Lead /b to establish and mature a Project Management Office within a complex business environment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for designing and implementing the PMO operating model, governance framework, portfolio management processes, and reporting structures required to support strategic business objectives. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and implement the PMO Target Operating Model. /li liEstablish governance frameworks, decision-making processes, and stage-gate controls. /li liLead portfolio planning, prioritization, and project governance activities. /li liImplement project controls including RAID management, risk management, change control, and financial tracking. /li liDevelop executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and portfolio reporting standards. /li liCreate integrated portfolio visibility across projects, resources, risks, costs, and dependencies. /li liDrive PMO maturity and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liCollaborate with senior stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance. /li liDefine PMO standards, methodologies, templates, and ways of working. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience leading, building, or transforming a PMO function. /li liStrong background in portfolio management, governance, and project controls. /li liExperience implementing PMO operating models and organizational frameworks. /li liExpertise in portfolio reporting, KPI development, and executive-level communication. /li liAbility to work with senior leadership and drive organizational change. /li liExperience in pharmaceutical, biotech, manufacturing, or engineering environments is highly desirable. /li /ul h3Ideal Candidate /h3 pYou have successfully established or transformed PMO organizations within large, complex businesses and possess strong expertise in governance, portfolio management, project controls, and performance reporting.
