For our customer we are looking for a Test Manager, Ideally with experience in ETRM/ CTRM or associated Energy / Commodites industry experience
role can be remote from the EU or from Switzerland 6 month contract + extension
Required Profile
- A minimum of 5+ years of test management experience, ideally in an international project environment, 3+ years of experience in software testing, ideally in the energy and trading sector
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science or in similar related field
- ISTQB Certification (Test Manager) or similar
- Experience in working with agile project management/test management tools like the Confluence Suite/JIRA, Xray
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases, and in designing and executing functional, system, integration, end-to-end (E2E) and user acceptance test (UAT) scenarios.
- Full understanding of SDLC, QA, Test Case and Defect Lifecycle in Agile Setup
- An understanding of the trading and/or energy sectors and how applications, technology and IT services support the business processes
- Good communications and inter-personal skills, team and goal oriented, analytical, and problem solving skills are highly valued
