Intern Data Engineering (all)

Your main task will be to contribute to a harmonization, which includes organizing and standardizing the data flow between different systems and processes.
You will gain hands-on experience by working with the data team and have the opportunity to learn about the specific technologies.
Analyze our current data lineage and ETL processes.
Migrate to a Fabric-enabled Power BI workspace to modernize data architecture.
Propose improvements.
Support our daily activities and working with Scrum.
Implement, test and document the changes.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
2. University enrollment
3. Knowledge of Data Visualization tools such as Power BI / Tableau
4. Proficiency in Python; knowledge of SQL and/or R is a plus
5. Knowledge of the Microsoft Azure Data Platform and Databricks is a plus
6. Excellent analytical skills as well as good communication and cooperation skills
7. English business level skills, French and/or German is a plus
8. Office presence is required, at least 2 days per week in our Hamburg office
