About The Role
We seek a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to drive revenue growth as an active part of our sales team. This pivotal role offers an opportunity to shape and execute Sparrow’s sales strategy, working with some of the most innovative companies in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and automotive industries and other industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales or a deep understanding of these target sectors.
What You’ll Do
Sales Leadership : Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, aligning with company goals to drive growth and market penetration.
Business Development : Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective customers, expanding our reach within the chemical, pharmaceutical, and automotive industries.
Customer Engagement : Work closely with existing and potential clients to understand their needs, ensuring Sparrow’s solutions exceed expectations.
Strategic Partnerships : Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to enhance Sparrow’s market presence.
Market Insights : Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and capitalize on opportunities.
Must-Haves
Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales or experience in our target industries: chemical, pharmaceutical, or automotive.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in German and English.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and strategies.
A proactive, results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
