About the Role

We are looking for a strategic yet hands-on Senior HR Manager / People Operations Manager to join our team. You’ll lead our recruitment efforts and drive impactful HR projects. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a strong recruitment focus who enjoys a balance of operational duties and innovative projects. What You’ll Do

Lead the Recruitment Process

  1. Oversee full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer, for roles across various departments.
  2. Develop effective sourcing strategies, identify talent pipelines, and leverage diverse channels to attract top candidates.
  3. Ensure a positive candidate experience, representing our culture and values at every step.

People Operations & HR Projects

  1. Drive HR initiatives aligned with our strategic goals, including culture-building, employee engagement, and performance management.
  2. Develop and implement scalable processes for onboarding, employee development, and retention.

Collaborate Across Departments

  1. Work closely with leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs and contribute to our people strategy.
  2. Act as an HR partner and trusted advisor to the team, handling complex issues with empathy and expertise.

Must-Haves

  1. 5+ years of experience in HR management, with a strong focus on recruitment and people operations.
  2. Proven track record of leading HR projects and developing successful talent acquisition strategies.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a sense of humor that brings joy to your work.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility, adaptability, and a solution-focused mindset.
  5. Experience in a tech and startup environment is a plus.
  6. Berlin-based or willing to relocate to Berlin or can easily travel to Berlin when necessary.

Language : Fluent in English

Communication : Directness and openness in communication.

Nice-to-Haves

  1. Labour Law Expertise: For Germany, Poland, and Croatia.
  2. Additional Languages: Proficiency in German.
  3. Hands-on experience in building and managing an HR team.
