Regional Procurement Manager

Salary: €80,000 per year (negotiable)

Things to know:

• Based in Frankfurt, Germany
• This role may offer some hybrid working
• The client is an International Hotel Group

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Director of Procurement North & Central Europe
• Oversee all aspects of the Purchasing and Supply Management functions for all operational products and services
• Forecast demand for services and products
• Conduct research to source the best products and suppliers
• Evaluate bids and make recommendations
• Negotiate and agree contracts
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing suppliers
• Undertake value-for-money reviews
• Analyze data and produce reports and statistics
• Keep up to date with trends, regulations, and new technology

Qualifications:

• Procurement or Supply Chain managerial experience in the Hospitality sector
• Fluency in English, German, or Dutch is required
• BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent certification is desirable
• Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Commercial and financial awareness
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Planning skills to identify business needs
• Strong analytical ability
