With immediate effect Fulltime Our Business Unit Customer Services at our headquarters in Berlin is looking with effect from January 1st, 2024, availability for: Group Leader/Team Lead for Service and Support (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Your main activities are the management and coordination of a team of 8, as well as customer support via different communication channels.
  • You support your team in an advisory and coordinative capacity on issues relating to the organization of tasks and business travel activities.
  • You always have an open ear and guiding ideas when your employees approach you with decision-making or problem-solving questions.
  • You conduct customer visits or travel to conferences and maintain our customer contacts on site in a committed and responsible manner.
  • You create quotations and process service cases in our ERP system (APplus).
  • You support and advise our international customers and sales partners in all technical questions.
  • You actively shape your working environment and help us to become more efficient.

Your profile

  • You have a degree in science or engineering (university/technical college), e.g. in physics, physical chemistry or engineering, or have enjoyed similar technical training.
  • You have already gained professional experience in one or more companies and held a responsible position.
  • You have (initial) experience in managing personnel or are interested in developing into a leadership role.
  • You are characterized by a high level of resilience, organizational talent and leadership skills.
  • You have an analytical mindset, strong decision-making skills, persuasiveness, and interpersonal skills.
  • You have excellent communication skills that inspire and motivate people.
  • A constructive feedback culture and a customer- as well as service-oriented way of working is important to you.
  • You have a good cost- and responsibility-conscious as well as overall thinking.
  • You are not afraid of challenging targets and have a high interest in optimizing efficiency.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills as well as an intercultural interest complete your profile.
