transfer of Dynamics 365 data into the analytical data platform. h3Your Background /h3 ul liStrong hands‑on experience developing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, ideally including Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service. /li liStrong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, including data models, security roles, business logic, solutions, environments, and model‑driven applications. /li liPractical experience with Power Apps and Power Automate beyond basic configuration or citizen‑development scenarios. /li liExperience extending Dynamics 365 and Dataverse using C# plug‑ins, custom APIs, and JavaScript/TypeScript client‑side extensions. /li liExperience with REST/OData, the Dataverse Web API, authentication, error handling, and enterprise integration patterns. /li liPractical experience with Power Platform ALM, Git‑based source control, CI/CD, testing, and controlled deployment across environments. /li liSound understanding of enterprise application security, reliability, maintainability, and supportability. /li liAbility to translate business workflows into pragmatic technical solutions and make sound trade‑offs between standard functionality, low‑code development, and custom code. /li liAbility to provide technical guidance, review solution designs and code, and work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners. /li liEligibility to work in Switzerland /li /ul bStrong plus / nice‑to‑have /b ul liProfessional software development experience with C#/.NET, including production Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Key Vault, or Application Insights. /li liPractical experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing (Customer Insights – Journeys). /li liWorking knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and Power BI sufficient to collaborate effectively on data integration and reporting requirements. /li liExperience with Power Platform governance or enterprise‑scale environment and solution management. /li liFamiliarity with Copilot Studio or AI‑enabled capabilities within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. /li liMicrosoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), or
