Your new role

As Lead Planner, you'll lead planning strategy on one of Europe's largest EPC/EPCC projects, taking ownership of the Integrated Master Schedule and providing the insight needed to keep a multi-billion-euro programme on track.

Working closely with project leadership, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and client teams, you'll play a key role in driving programme performance and supporting strategic decision-making.

You’ll

• Lead the development and governance of the Integrated Master Schedule using Primavera P6.
• Drive planning across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Deliver critical path analysis, forecasting, earned value reporting, and schedule performance reviews.
• Develop recovery plans and mitigation strategies to manage project risk.
• Lead and mentor a team of planners while promoting planning best practice.
• Present programme updates and recovery strategies to senior stakeholders and clients.
• What you'll need to succeed
• You'll have significant planning experience on major EPC or EPCC projects, together with:
• Advanced Primavera P6 expertise.
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling, forecasting, and project controls.
• Experience leading planning teams on complex capital projects.
• A background in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, battery manufacturing, data centres, or other high-tech industrial environments.
• AACE, PMP, or PMI-SP certification is advantageous.
