HSE Advisor / Coordinator – Onshore Wind (12-Month Contract)
Location: Various sites across Germany (travel required)

We are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor / Coordinator to join a leading renewable energy client on a 12-month assignment across multiple onshore wind farm sites in Germany.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing HSE support across project sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting audits and inspections, and promoting a strong safety culture within project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support safe site operations and ensure compliance with HSE legislation, client, and project requirements.
- Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety briefings across multiple project locations.
- Lead and monitor risk assessments, incident reporting, and corrective action implementation.
- Support contractor HSE management and promote continuous safety improvement.
- Collaborate closely with site management teams to maintain HSE standards and awareness.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HSE Advisor or Coordinator within the energy, construction, or wind sectors.
- Strong understanding of risk assessment, incident investigation, and contractor management.
- Experience across onshore or offshore wind projects is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel regularly across Germany.
- Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
