We are seeking an experienced Site Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control activities on a high-profile project in Munich. You will ensure all products, services, and site operations comply with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and internal specifications, supporting the delivery of fully compliant and high-quality outcomes.

About the Role: The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Site Quality Manager or Site Quality Engineer on industrial projects, with strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, site audits, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee site Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processes.
  • Conduct internal and subcontractor audits, manage non-conformances, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Support document control, ensuring accurate distribution, review, and archiving of execution documents.
  • Monitor regulatory and technical compliance, including testing, approvals, and certifications.
  • Supervise welding activities (if qualified), ensuring adherence to standards and codes.
  • Lead customer witness points, inspections, and handovers, ensuring timely release of conform products and services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Quality Manager or Site Quality Engineer on industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, site audits, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with subcontractor management and project documentation.
  • Welding supervision qualification is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills beneficial.
