Position
Qualitätsingenieur für Mechatronikprojekte (m/w/d) in Gilching (München).
Responsibilities
- Active participation in development projects regarding feasibility and implementation of defined requirements at component and product level, taking into account reliability/safety and both low and high voltage ranges.
- Planning and execution of quality pre‑planning for new products (APQP, FMEA, validation planning, etc.).
- Monitoring and following up component validation tests with suppliers.
- Applying quality tools for product development and problem solving (Ishikawa, brainstorming, etc.).
- Collaboration with production, development and suppliers to meet quality specifications.
Qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or a technical apprenticeship with relevant additional qualifications.
- Professional experience in quality assurance for electromechanical projects using standard quality tools (APQP, FMEA, test planning).
- High focus on quality and cost.
- Strong initiative, persuasive communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent technical understanding and ability to learn new technical subjects quickly.
- Experience in vehicle HVAC is a plus.
- Hands‑on mentality and quick grasp.
- Good German and English in speaking and writing.
