Human Resources Manager (m/f)

We, SAM Spices and more GmbH, based in Stockstadt, are an owner-managed company that develops and produces spice mixes for the snack and convenience industry. As we move into the future, we are looking for a full-time employee with a focus on human resources to support our management.

Responsibilities:

• You create job profiles and advertisements in coordination with the specialist departments.
• You manage the new time recording system.
• You support the introduction of a shift system.
• You organize and conduct job interviews and employee reviews.
• You take care of and optimize the company’s presence on the Internet.

Qualifications:

• You have completed commercial or technical training or a degree.
• You are comfortable using standard software such as MS Office.
• You already have some experience in dealing with SAP.
• You are used to communicating in German and English and dealing with different international customers in parallel.
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in order coordination.
• You are characterized by resilience, reliability, and punctuality.
