They ensure control of the PL, project profitability, reliability of forecasts as well as anticipation of risks and opportunities. /ph3Your mission: /h3h3Business Controlling /h3ulliManage the PL, from Operational Income to EBIT, and guarantee the reliability of financial analyses /liliAnalyse performance: activity, margin, EBIT and productivity /liliEvaluate new projects according to financial and profitability objectives /liliMonitor margins and variances, then coordinate corrective actions /liliConduct project and contract reviews and challenge assumptions /liliIdentify measures to improve operational efficiency /liliProvide management with analyses on risks and opportunities /liliSupport Project and Service Managers in financial management /liliProduce EBIT forecasts and contribute to budgets and forecasts /li /ulh3Project Controlling /h3ulliPrepare and communicate monthly results /liliMonitor profitability, costs, turnover, margin and cash flow of projects /liliUpdate forecasts according to project developments /liliAnalyse variances between Business Case, budget, forecasts and actuals /liliEnsure the quality of financial data and support decision-making /li /ululliHigher education in finance, management control, accounting, business economics or equivalent field /liliProven experience in business controlling, project controlling or financial control in a project or service environment /liliProficiency in SAP FI/CO and practical experience in financial project monitoring /liliExtensive experience in budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, EBIT, project profitability, risk opportunity management /liliVery good knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Power Query, financial automation and continuous improvement /liliExcellent analytical, synthesis, communication and presentation skills /liliAutonomy, rigour, sense of priorities and ability to work with financial and operational stakeholders /liliNative French speaker with very good knowledge of English.
