What can you expect?
- You carry out inspection, maintenance, and repair work on wind turbine rotor blades and other components, such as the tower and nacelle, both nationally and internationally
- You analyze and assess rotor blade damage and initiate appropriate repair measures
- You perform professional repairs on GRP and CFRP components, including core material replacement, laminating work, surface treatment, and replacing and retrofitting aerodynamic components like vortex generators and serrations
- You inspect and repair lightning protection systems on wind turbine rotor blades
- You provide clear and comprehensive documentation of all work performed, including detailed damage and repair photographs, repair reports, and service documentation
- You comply with all applicable safety, quality, and environmental standards while working closely with service teams and project managers
What should you bring along?
- You have a strong technical understanding and good practical skills
- You are physically fit and comfortable working at height
- You have a high willingness to travel for projects both nationally and internationally
- You possess strong safety awareness and a responsible, self-motivated approach to work
- You have good German and/or English language skills and a team spirit with a reliable and independent way of working
- You hold a valid driving licence (Class B) and have completed technical training or an apprenticeship in the field of fibre-reinforced composites, such as a plastics technician or boat builder
