Responsibilities:

1. Define and implement a product strategy that aligns with our customer needs, the company’s goals and ensures competitive positioning in the market.
2. Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of our brain-inspired foundational models and hardware into products.
3. Conduct constant in-depth market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities in the AI and hardware integration space.
4. Lead the design and development of products leveraging our custom brain-inspired foundation models, ensuring high performance and scalability.
5. Foster collaboration across applications, compiler, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver innovative market-ready demos and solutions.
6. Build and mentor a high-performing product team, encouraging continuous learning and development.
7. Work with our customers to gather technical feedback and incorporate it into our future roadmaps for improving user satisfaction.
8. Define and track key product indicators, using data to refine strategies and enhance product quality.
9. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to align on objectives and deliverables.
10. Participate in conferences, workshops and other activities to disseminate our products and services.

Minimum Requirements:

1. BSc, MSc or Dipl.-Ing. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business or a related field.
2. Extensive experience in technical product management, specifically with integrating AI models and hardware solutions.
3. Proven track record of bringing complex AI or hardware-integrated products to market.
4. Strong technical understanding of foundation models, language & vision models, hardware systems, and software integration as well as current market trends in this field.
5. Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
6. Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting market data, customer insights, and performance metrics.
7. Ability to oversee concurrent projects and priorities in dynamic settings.

Added value:

1. Experience with generative AI, large language models, and multimodal systems.
2. Familiarity with deployment environments, tools like ONNX or TensorRT, Machine Learning compilers, and optimization for AI performance.
3. Hands-on experience with energy-efficient computing and hardware architectures such as neuromorphic or mainstream AI systems.
4. Contributions to open-source projects or publications in leading AI or product management forums.
