We're hiring a Grants keep documentation audit-ready Set up and manage grant-specific cost centres, budgets, and financial tracking with accounting Monitor spending against approved budgets Prepare and submit financial reports („Verwendungsnachweise") in line with funder requirements Manage drawdown schedules, payment requests, and reimbursement processes for EU and local non-dilutive funding programmes Coordinate audits and on-site controls by funders or external auditors Ensure compliance with grant conditions across funding types, including cost eligibility, procurement rules, and state aid regulations Maintain a master grant calendar and track reporting deadlines across all active funding instruments Requirements Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field At least 1 year of experience in grant administration, project finance, or public funding management Knowledge of German public funding rules and EU financial regulations (e.g. Horizon Europe, structural funds) Experience with non-dilutive funding programmes at federal, state, or municipal level is an advantage Familiarity with EU grant management portals (e.g. Funding
