For this reason, we are looking for a Technical Director Harvester (m/f/d) for the newly emerging Innovation Center in Baden-Württembergwith in the future approx. 50 engineers from the areas of tractors, harvester, implements, hydraulics, electronic control, intelligent solutions and production.
Main tasks Lead a team to integrate product requirements and actively lead new product development and commodity improvement projects.
Deeply engage in product research and planning, proactively identify product development and improvement projects, develop product strategy plans (MGPP) and lead development projects.
Transfer requirements definition and determine product definition.
Participate in benchmark and competitive product research.
Lead the construction of overseas harvester product platform architecture and the general arrangement of the harvester for major product development projects.
Lead the development of core technology for harvester and the layout of major technology development projects.
Delivery project within QCD (quality, cost and delivery).
Continuous cost reduction for harvester and plan and perform annual budget.
Profile Bachelor degree or above in mechanical background.
At least 8 years working experience in harvester R&D area with at least 4 years project management experience.
Harvester experts of vehicle level and configuration and familiar with product development program.
Excellent cross-culture communication and team management skills Fluent in English
