Über die Rolle
Our client is part of a global machinery and equipment manufacturing group and has more than 10,000 employees worldwide, generating sales of approximately US$ 2.4 billion, and specializes in the development and manufacture of agricultural machinery.
To further ensure rapid growth, our client is fully committed to talent development and technological innovation.
For this reason, we are looking for experts in Systems Engineering, Virtual Validation, Vehicle Integration, E/E Engineering, Pneumatic/Hydraulic Design for the tractors department of the newly emerging European Innovation Center in Baden-Württemberg (Germany).
Up to approx. 50 engineers from the areas of combines, tractors, implements, hydraulics, electronic control, intelligent solutions and production will creatively work together for a better tomorrow.
Profile Bachelor degree or above in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in systems engineering, or virtual validation or vehicle integration or E/E Engineering or pneumatics/hydraulics preferably in tractor industry, agricultural / working machinery.
Proven expertise in one of the relevant disciplines.
Strong knowledge of working machinery systems and subsystems (engine, driveline, hydraulics/pneumatics, electronics, etc.).
Experienced with relevant management tools and methodologies.
Understanding of international standards relevant to agricultural machinery.
Skills & Competencies Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured approach.
Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
Innovative mindset with a passion for integrating new technologies into practical, eliable solutions.
German language, fluent in English.
Personal Attributes Enthusiastic about agricultural machinery and sustainable innovation.
Strategic thinker with hands-on mentality.
