In this role, you’ll:
- Design and implement amazing machine learning solutions for our autonomous systems, including tasks like object detection, semantic segmentation, behavioral cloning or reinforcement learning.
- Develop algorithms for different modules like sensor fusion, perception, SLAM, environmental analysis, motion prediction or mission and motion planning.
- Work with multimodal Sensors: Cameras, Lidar, Radar, etc.
- Interact with our cross functional engineering team and customers to identify opportunities and requirements.
- Directly apply machine learning models into real world products that will fly, drive or swim autonomously.
At a minimum we’d like you to have:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of work or educational experience in machine learning or AI.
- 1 year of relevant work experience, including software development.
- Experience with one or more programming languages including but not limited to: C/C++, Python.
- Experience using machine learning libraries or platforms, e.g. Pytorch, Tensorflow, Caffe, Theanos, Scikit-Learn or ML Lib for production.
- Machine learning and/or computer vision domain knowledge.
- Experience with SW Continuous Integration.
It’s preferred if you have:
- MS or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or a related technical field.
- Experience with one or more of the following areas: computer vision, applied robotics, classification, pattern recognition, reinforcement learning.
- Experience with one or more of the basic robotic tasks like sensor fusion, perception, SLAM, environmental models, motion prediction, behavioral cloning, mission- and motion planning.
