Sponge Compliance is looking for experienced Freelance Project Manager to support a significant product upgrade of our compliance learning library.
The work will focus on planning, coordinating and supporting the delivery of a large-scale compliance learning content upgrade, ensuring workstreams remain organised, visible, on plan and time and aligned as the wider product initiative progresses.
This freelance role will help keep a high-volume programme of course upgrade work structured and moving. The work will happen in parallel to business-as-usual client and internal activity, so we are looking for someone who can bring calm delivery management, clear communication and strong coordination in a fast-moving environment -while focusing on this mission.

Requirements
- Assignment is expected to be approximately 2.5–4 months, with direct start.
- Project Manager support is required soon, with start dates ideally in June or latest July.
- Work will be connected to the Berlin-based Sponge team, with the ability to work from the Berlin office regularly and when required (particularly during onboarding and key project phases).
- German language skills are required, paired with English communication skills.
- The role will work closely with existing internal team members to support pace, quality, visibility and coordination across a larger product initiative.
