End User Support (m/f/d)

Job Description

OVERVIEW:

To strengthen our experienced teams, we are looking for an End User Support that will join our office in Munich. You will work individually but you will be a part of the international IT support team in the Sportradar Group.

THE CHALLENGE:

1. Being the 1 level of tech support
2. Managing day to day IT operations
3. Facilitate IT procurement, desktop support and active directory among other duties
4. Collaboration with our global development teams

YOUR PROFILE:

1. Strong background in Microsoft products required (Office, Windows 10, Azure, Intune)
2. Antivirus Software
3. Asset management tools
4. Willingness to learn new technologies
5. Positive, team player with a can-do attitude
